  Although T-Mobile in general has poor customer relations. This retail location is by far the worst that I have been to. Not only are they rude and unwilling to help. They give wrong information because they can receive commission based on what they have you purchase. They wouldn't let me upgrade my phone saying that that I needed to give 150 as a down payment. I left and went to another T-Mobile and paid less than 20 dollars in taxes for my jump upgrade. Stay away from this T-Mobile at all costs.
