Rio Bravo Valley CrossFit is awesome! One of the best gym experiences I've had. Their slogan is "Train Life Family," and RBV CrossFit truly abides by this motto. No member goes unnoticed, and no progress goes unrecognized. The members are all supportive of one another, the staff are all highly-qualified and encouraging, and the management is comprised of truly quality people. The workouts are challenging, and you will be pushed during each and every WOD (there is no doubt that you WILL GET RESULTS), but the thing that makes RBV really stand out is the environment. Not only will you enjoy your time spent at RBV, but the atmosphere is one that allows you to train harder and reach beyond your previous fitness goals.
