  Where do I begin, let's see the staff initially was very nice and professional, dentist seemed nice. She recommended putting caps on my 3 year olds teeth believing that she knew what was right. A few days later one of the caps fell off while he was eating we call the office and schedule an appointment for him to go back in. They strap him to a bed they don't allow parents in the room means while my son is screaming bloody murder calling out for me as a parent it's really hard to show restraint and not run back there that was on Monday and by Thursday morning he was eating a bowl of cereal and guess what another cap fell off. He immediately started shouting he doesn't want to tied downs. Thank you for not only ruining my sons dentist experience but also his mouth. I have submitted a complaint with the State of California. God bless.
