  It was cool at first and I got a call that my dogs surgery went fine but the lady on the phone told me that my dog had ticks falling off of her on the operating table and that she had to have treatment for it in order to stay, which was going to cost more money I explain to the lady that my dog is an indoor dog and that she just had a bath the day before so I know that wasn't true she put me on hold and ask someone else then said so it was only one it's okay... Really made me mad cause they wanted more money...

  I have had 2 different cats neutered here and at the same time 2 very different experiences. My first experience was with my Male cat Tommy and that one went very well and smoothly. Took him in at 8 in the morning and picked him up at 12 pm. He didn't have any complications really, his incision healed up easy and they provided him with take home pain meds.
  My second experience was not that great though. With the situation, I had a stray that I caught in one of their cat traps that they let me borrow. I wanted to get him neutered asap too so I took him in and they had to keep him over night since he was considered a stray... well In my opinion I just feel like they do such a terrible job on strays. I wanted this cat to be my own because he had no one and he was a very well behaved feline.. and I feel he did not get the same good treatment as Tommy. When I picked him up I noticed on of his legs was messed up and it affected his walking... also he didnt get any take home pain meds and he was in a lot of pain. He was sore and my other cat did not have to deal with that pain because of him getting those pain meds.
