    My house is located on a T so there have been a few times that our recycle garbage is missed. Each time I call to have the garbage picked up and receive rude treatment. The first call is to a woman who assumes and accuses me of not putting the garbage out in time or putting non recyclable items in the trash. I explain that this is not the case and she states that she will turn it over to the supervisor for review. The first time this happened they begrudgingly agreed to pick the recycle up the next day. Today the supervisor called me back and was none to pleasant. He accused me of not putting the garbage out in time and that GPS and video will be reviewed to prove me wrong. I told him that this is not the first time that this has occurred and he didn't acknowledge this only telling me to make sure my garbage is out in time and this one time he will send the truck back around to pick up my recycle trash. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE
