Nicole & "Chris" are who i spoke to, first "Chris" was very unprofessional and rude!!! she did not answer my questions, she had no clue what i was talking about, the lack of knowledge and professionalism, Its almost as if they sit behind their desk all day and do absolutely nothing. After my conversation with "Chris" she refused to answer my questions and gave the phone to Nicole, who was the absolute worst out of the two! She began to scream over the phone. I can promise you that this company will lie to you as to what your unit needs, they are trying to charge you for parts that are NOT necessary. she stated that i needed a new coil for my unit, which was a complete lie because i just had that replaced last month, She stated that "her people" knew what they were doing" and it just kept going on and on... long story short, i told her that i would never recommend their business to ANYONE! She responded with " I would appreciate that" haha! what an unhappy human being! If i could, i would give them no starts! just simply poor excuse of a business!!!!!
