  The most worst customer service ever! A man came to my house to make a demonstration he was a nice young man and he was eager to work, so I agreed to let his shampoo my carpet, he started to do his work and his supervisor busted in my home demanding his machine back, not only did I have my family from out of town present for the holidays, he was the SUPERVISOR apparently. Unfortunately I did not get the supervisors name, the jerk even left my carpet wet, what unprofessional people your company puts in charge!
